Nature of the Agreement

By accessing the nnok3 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. This document forms a binding agreement between you and nnok3. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Right to Amend

nnok3 reserves the right to change, modify or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.

Age Restriction

Only persons aged 21 or above are permitted to use this platform. nnok3 may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. nnok3 uses technical methods to detect suspicious activity.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account closure. Any changes to personal details must be reported to nnok3 immediately.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately. The account holder is personally responsible for all activity on the account.

Account Closure & Suspension

nnok3 may close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Suspected bonus abuse
• Identification as an underage user
• As required under applicable laws or regulations

Accepted Payment Methods

nnok3 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, identity verification or security checks may cause additional delays. nnok3 always aims to process transactions as quickly as possible.

Source of Funds Verification

nnok3 may request proof regarding the source of deposited funds if necessary. Use of funds obtained through illegal means on the platform is strictly prohibited. nnok3 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account in cases of suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit is available at nnok3, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and conditions.
• A bonus code (if applicable) must be entered at the time of deposit — it cannot be added afterwards.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus will not be activated automatically.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus terms will result in the bonus and bonus winnings being deducted.

VIP Tier Overview

The nnok3 VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and the weekly cashback rate increases at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP Benefits Terms

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder. nnok3 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time. VIP status may be revoked in the event of a breach of terms.

Self-Control Tools

nnok3 encourages users to gamble responsibly. Users may request deposit limits, voluntary breaks or permanent account closure. Please contact the support team for any of these.

Minor Protection

nnok3 is strict about keeping minors away from gambling. If children or teenagers can access your device, use parental control software and keep your login details secure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Gaining unfair advantage through collaboration with other users
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform

The use of automated betting software, bots or any other automation tools is strictly prohibited. nnok3 has the capability to detect such activity and strict action will be taken against violators.
